Welcome Home

Anytime I find something in second life or a store in second life that I love I have to showcase it to the best of my abilities.  If you have never heard of Spargel & Shine then you are missing out.  I found this store a few months ago and I went a bit crazy. Why you ask?  The quality and decor was exactly what I envisioned my second life home to look like.  I was perusing through the Love to Decorate website and saw this store and was like I NEED TO GO THERE! 

  The owner Tess pours her heart into creating the most amazing items for us in SL, and this house is no exception.  I don't blog items just to meet a quota, I blog items because I love them and I want to showcase the designer and all of their hard work and effort that goes into what they do.  Anyone can be a creator but only the ones with a true passion for it will shine just like Tess.  How fitting her name is Spargel & Shine... coincidence? I think not!

An outside view of the entrance... the storm is moving out and it looks like it is going to be the perfect beach day!

A little sitting area in the front of the house to relax with friends and just hangout and talk.

While at the beach you have to keep the kiddos entertained and whether on a vacation or a permanent living arrangement it is no exception.  

You will be spending most of your days outdoors so who needs a big kitchen, this one from Kalopsia will work just fine!

Just a little decor to liven up the house.  Now get out there and swim with the sharks!

The perfect place to unwind after a long day on the beach.  Seems pretty perfect with a nice, cold glass of wine....or a whole bottle.  It's up to you!

If you have to take work on the road this little spot will keep you involved with the family while you do what you have to do, when you are done you can close it up and get back to the beach.

Your little dreamland is ready for you to melt into and sleep the night away, the crisp ocean air will keep you peaceful and cool all night long.

Do you know how bad I want to write this whole post in rainbow colors?  Jayme Lorakeet brings out the girlie girl in me.  I have known this amazing designer, my friend for many, many years now.  When I tell you that she is an amazing artist I am not lying!  Look at her stuff for the Arcade!!!  I knew she was prepping and trying to get things done and I messaged her the other day to ask her how she was doing and well..... You may not understand the lifestyle, you may not want to understand it or maybe you never gave it a thought.
